Refund policy

Every RAYAH piece is made to order for your nation — produced specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right. Email hello@rayah.club within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
